Our Purpose

Keelakarai Educational Charitable Trust

or KECT in short is based in Keelakarai, India.

Through this trust we strive to fulfill two of our most basic SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES namely promotion of all-round-Education and help to the needy.
Providing conventional Educational Financial aid.
... disemination of the "True Knowledge" derived from The Noble Quran and Authentic Sunnah (Balligh an'nee walau a'yah)
...and in calling people to follow only the Pristine form of "ISLAM" and to desist from deviant "Innovations in religion" (Amr a'nil Ma'roof nah'u a'nil Munkar)
...Fight against superstition and Social Evils like Dowry, Usury-Interest, Pornography in the name of Cinema etc.
To help the poor and needy irrespective of their faith.
...by way of financial and material aids, interest free loans, voluntary donation of blood
...promotion of community health through health camps and disemination of correct health practices.
All these efforts we dedicate solely to the One and Only Almighty Allah.
